Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms:

   • All purchases require 100% payment in advance.
   • Shipping and clearing fees must be paid in full prior to delivery.
   • Payments should be made to Pandora Furniture LLC.

2. Delivery and Collection:

   • Customers must arrange to pick up their goods within one (1) business day of arrival notification.
   • Failure to collect goods within the specified timeframe will incur a daily storage fee of $250.

3. Shipping and Clearing Fees:

   • Shipping and clearing costs are based on approximate estimates and may vary due to changes in logistics or operational expenses. Any additional costs will be communicated to the customer and must be settled prior to delivery.

4. Deposits:

   • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Order Confirmation:

   • By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

6. Disclaimer:

   • Pandora Furniture LLC is not liable for delays or additional charges resulting from customs clearance, unforeseen shipping delays, or other external factors beyond our control.
