All returns, refusals, or exchanges initiated by the customer within 2 business days after an order is processed are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. In certain cases, the restocking fee may be up to 50%, depending on the condition of the returned items and specific circumstances.
Shipping or pick-up charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable. A minimum fee of $300 applies for returns within local areas. For pickups exceeding 20 miles, additional charges will apply.
Only a manager is authorized to approve returns and credits, and decisions may vary on a case-by-case basis.
Sizing and Dimensions:
We work with over 30 brands that offer mass production of casegoods. While we strive to provide accurate size and dimension information, estimates may occasionally be used due to manufacturing adjustments.
Factories reserve the right to change or adjust dimensions by up to 6 inches due to supply chain or production requirements. We are not liable for discrepancies of less than 6 inches.
Lighting and Electrical Fixtures:
Due to differences between European and U.S. electrical standards, we reserve the right to exclude lighting and electrical fixtures from any collection during sales, shipping, or manufacturing processes for products originating outside the U.S.
Non-Refundable Items:
No refunds are permitted for any casegoods that have been delivered, and no claims will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.
Custom products, personalized items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Return Eligibility:
Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is required.
Customers must contact us at info@buyfromturkeynj.com to initiate a return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Customers are required to inspect orders upon delivery and notify us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Prompt reporting is necessary to resolve any issues effectively.
Exchanges:
Customers must return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a separate order for the replacement item.
Refund Process:
Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected. Customers will be notified of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
